PJ Tech (PT. Primajaya Multi Technology) offers all products with an official manufacturer’s warranty, including official warranties for HP laptops, ASUS laptops, and Lenovo laptops. This ensures that customers can have peace of mind, knowing they are fully protected against any factory defects.

Warranty Duration
For products listed in our catalog with a stated warranty period (e.g., 1 year), but where the manufacturer officially provides a longer warranty period (e.g., 3 years), PT Primajaya Multi Technology will assist customers in processing warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s stated coverage. This ensures that our customers can fully benefit from the extended support offered by the brand.

Limited Time
Service Out of Warranty.
For products that are beyond the warranty period, any service requests will be categorized as Out-of-Warranty Service, which will be subject to applicable service charges. The same applies to damages caused by factors not covered under the warranty terms.
Please note that manufacturer warranties are limited in scope, primarily covering factory defects within a certain level of tolerance. The specific coverage and limitations may vary depending on the brand or manufacturer.

Terms & Conditions
The 7-day product replacement is only applicable for items returned in complete condition, including the box, plastic packaging, accessories, and purchase invoice.
The product box must be clean and free from markings or damage.
Visit-on-site service applies only to printers, all-in-one PCs, and desktop PCs.
Visit-on-site will be scheduled within 2 x 24 hours, with a maximum service radius of 8 km from our service center.
Warranty Policy
Original invoice, warranty card, and the Primajaya Total Care form must be presented during the warranty claim process.
A 14-day replacement is available if the product and all accessories are still in perfect physical condition. Replacement does not apply if the product is completely non-functional (dead unit).
Dot pixel issues are not covered under warranty; 1–5 dead pixels are considered normal based on international standards.
Warranty will be void under the following conditions:
Broken, removed, or missing warranty seals
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation
Burnt or physically damaged items (e.g., chipped, cracked, etc.)
Incompatibility with specific software or hardware configurations
Claims made outside of the official warranty procedures
Software (whether pre-installed or self-installed) and accessories are not covered by warranty.
